1, DELIVERY COSTS

We offer FREE delivery to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland. All orders are securely packaged. Free delivery applies to UK customers only, overseas customers, including the Republic of Ireland, please scroll down to item 4 on this page. All ticket orders will be sent via Royal Mail.

2, SHIPPING & HANDLING

If you order from us before 3.00pm (sometimes even later), we will usually ship your order that day. We are though in the hands of Royal Mail so next day delivery is not guaranteed. We will do all we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

3, WE SHIP FROM MULTIPLE LOCATIONS

Due to the way our network is set up, an order of three tickets could be sent from three different locations. The three tickets may not all arrive at the same time so please give it a few days before contacting due to non receipt of an order.

4, OVERSEAS ORDERS

We only accept direct orders from customers in the UK. If you are overseas and would like to buy tickets please email us at info@footballmatchtickets.co.uk with details of the ticket(s) you would like and your location. We will work out the shipping costs and invoice you accordingly. The invoice can be paid either via a PayPal account or by credit card.

Any orders made directly will be refunded or invoiced for the additional shipping costs.
